About BRABU Distance Education
BRABU is popularly known as B.R. Ambedkar Bihar University. It is located at Muzaffarpur, Bihar. The Courses offered by the University are approved from University Grants Commission. Distance Education Courses are also offered.
The Directorate of Distance Education offers 14 professional courses such as B.Ed., B.A. (Hons. in Education), M.A. (Education), BCA, MCA, B.Sc.(IT), M.Sc.(IT), BBA, MBA, P.G. Diploma in Financial Management, M.A. in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations, BLIS, MLIS and Bachelor of Journalism & Mass Communications.
Courses like B.A./ B.Sc./ B.Com. and M.A./ M.Sc.(Math) / M.Com are provided in Regular and Distance Mode. Separate official website is available for DDE. Students can visit the site and check out the details of Exam Results, List of Courses, Admissions etc.
Eligibility & Qualification
The following are the Qualification Details for BRABU Distance Education :
- For UG Courses : Candidates should have completed 12th/ Inter / Diploma in relevant field (depends on the course chosen by the candidate) from any recognized Board.
- For PG Courses : Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline from any recognized University. (according to the subject selected by the student).
- Age Limit : There is no age limit for Distance Education Courses in Babasaheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar Bihar University.
Babasaheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar Bihar University – Application Process
Please follow the below steps, while submitting the application form. The forms are to submitted through online mode :
- Visit the official website of the University i.e., https://www.ddebrabu.net/
- Click on ” Student Corner ” Tab on the homepage.
- From the drop down list, Click on ” Examination Form “.
- You can see the list of admission forms available.
- Choose your desired course and Click on ” Fill Up Online “.
- An Application Form will be opened, fill all the necessary details such as Name, Fathers Name, Phone Number, Email ID etc.
- After filling all the details, click on register button.
- An email will be sent to to the registered Email ID containing username and password.
- Once the email is successfully verified, you may login with the user ID and password into the Admission Portal and fill the remaining details such as Education details.
- Upload Photo & Signature, any relevant document, DOB Certificate, Category Certificate etc.
- Please review your application form before final submission.
Application Fee
- The Fee is to be paid through online mode via Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card.
- The Application Fee will be Rs 1050 /-
